brightness slider is missing from swipe down notification center on galaxy s4
I've restarted, dug through all the settings, and I still haven't figured
it out. I'm not sure what caused it, but I think my phone was unlocked in
my pocket for a bit the other day and may have changed a setting
somewhere.
